Good leadership takes empathy and trust. I take pride in my ability to lead teams with vulnerability while providing thoughtful feedback and gentle guidance. I care deeply about culture and have led several culture teams with a specific focus on mental wellbeing.
Product Designer
I have worked with a wide variety of brands on the design of their web and mobile products. Over the last 2 years, I have taken a special interest in the retail space and have worked closely with Walmart Canada on their eCommerce experience.
Experience Strategist
Strategy is one of my favourite aspects of experience design. I have worked on many discovery and research projects with the aim of understanding the user, defining the business needs and aligning on a clear vision.

In this research and strategy project, we wanted to understand the holistic travel experience and the role of websites such as novascotia.com within that journey. While uncovering pain points and moments of truth, we wanted to identify key opportunities for Tourism Nova Scotia to maximize their digital experience across channels.
